Meet the PDR Team

Rechele grew up the daughter of a commercial contractor from the state of Michigan and was raised with a passion for construction. She double majored in a Bachelor of Science degree at Eastern Michigan University in Construction Management and Interior Design and has spent 25 years honing different areas of expertise across the industry.

Nikki has been passionately involved in the Kitchen & Bath industry for over the past 18 years, with a BFA in Interior Design. Originally from Wisconsin, she has resided in Sarasota since 2008, building relationships with clients and numerous trade professionals up and down the West Coast of Florida. She has had past designs and collaborations featured in Home & Design Magazine Suncoast and has been a proud team member of PDR since 2020.

Bob is a third-generation contractor with over 30 years of experience in residential construction. After several years of custom home building, Bob redirected his focus to kitchen and bath remodeling. In 1995, Bob relocated to Cincinnati, OH, and ran a successful remodeling company until 2014. Today, Bob continues his career in the Southwest Florida market as a production manager with PDR.

Dan has been involved in residential construction since the early ’90s, including home repair, remodels and additions. Previously, while living and working in Minnesota, Dan’s focus had been kitchens, baths and basements, both as a contractor and project manager. Dan relocated to Lakewood Ranch, FL, for greater opportunities and a warmer climate!

Tom has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. With his roots being in Minnesota, he first started an exterior siding company and then a construction company, but as the economy changed, he shifted gears to storm damage and emergency repair. After spending much time in Florida and the success of the Minnesota office, he made the decision that it was the right time to expand the company and moved to Bradenton, FL.
