Meet the PDR Team

Rechele grew up the daughter of a commercial contractor from the state of Michigan and was raised with a passion for construction. She double majored in a Bachelor of Science degree at Eastern Michigan University in Construction Management and Interior Design and has spent 25 years honing different areas of expertise across the industry.

Nikki has been passionately involved in the Kitchen & Bath industry for over the past 18 years, with a BFA in Interior Design. Originally from Wisconsin, she has resided in Sarasota since 2008, building relationships with clients and numerous trade professionals up and down the West Coast of Florida. She has had past designs and collaborations featured in Home & Design Magazine Suncoast and has been a proud team member of PDR since 2020.

Nicole, a Colorado native, has a lifelong passion for Interior Design and a background in Construction and Antiquities, making her adept at gracefully guiding clients through the design process with precision. She earned her Design degree from the Denver Design Institute and boasts over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential design, from large-scale restaurants to multi-million-dollar Estates.

Matthew is New Hampshire born, but has been a Florida local for 35+ years. He grew up in a family remodeling business and is a military veteran with a love of traveling. Drawing inspiration from his travels and having an eye for details & design allows Matthew to guide his clients through the design process. He has a background in real estate and was lead designer for a national home remodeling company for over 6 years. He and his wife have built and remodeled several homes in the area and are always looking for their next project. In his off time he loves to fish and spend time with his two golden retrievers.

Bob is a third-generation contractor with over 30 years of experience in residential construction. After several years of custom home building, Bob redirected his focus to kitchen and bath remodeling. In 1995, Bob relocated to Cincinnati, OH, and ran a successful remodeling company until 2014. Today, Bob continues his career in the Southwest Florida market as a production manager with PDR.

Dan has been involved in residential construction since the early ’90s, including home repair, remodels and additions. Previously, while living and working in Minnesota, Dan’s focus had been kitchens, baths and basements, both as a contractor and project manager. Dan relocated to Lakewood Ranch, FL, for greater opportunities and a warmer climate!

Tom has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. With his roots being in Minnesota, he first started an exterior siding company and then a construction company, but as the economy changed, he shifted gears to storm damage and emergency repair. After spending much time in Florida and the success of the Minnesota office, he made the decision that it was the right time to expand the company and moved to Bradenton, FL.
